Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

All new orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Once processed, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 2-5 business days to reach you.

Once your order has left our studio, it will be in the carrier's hands. If you are experiencing delays with your order after we have shipped it, please contact USPS with the tracking number provided to you.

 

Where is my order?

If you haven't received confirmation that your package has shipped within 5 business or ordering, please do get in touch at contact@twotreesteahouse.com.

If you order has already shipped, it is in the hands of USPS and we will not have any more information than what is provided in your tracking information. If you are experiencing delays with your order after it has left our studio, please start by contacting USPS.

Where is my order?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout by USPS based on the weight of each individual item you have purchased. We are only able to offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping at this time.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we cannot offer International Shipping at this time but we are working hard to make this happen as soon as possible!
